I am selling my Maggies. They are in excellent condition and come with Magnariser stands (a $400 tweak) which elevate performance even beyond the stock version which has been called the best speaker in the world. There are also cryoed fuses on the midrange and solid silver jumpers replacing the stock jumpers for a touch more detail. They are cherry wood with black grill cloth, look beautiful (high spousal acceptance factor as they resemble Shoji screens) and are going for a scant $3500. (I have yet to see a pair on the used market for less than $4200. The only hitch is you must pick them up in Forest Knolls (Marin County). I will try to post pictures but I am not handy with a camera and there are many pictures online. This pair shows no flaws except for some wrinkling only on the rear grill cloth on the tweeter which is, of course, not visible from the front. You may call me at 415 295-7029.
